How do I restore my purchases?
Hero packs and Premium are linked to your store account.
- Open the game and tap the gear button on the Home screen.
- In Purchases, tap Restore purchases.
On a new device, sign in to the same Apple Account or Google account first.
Is my progress saved online?
No. Catch! has no accounts, so progress, coins and statistics are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. Hero packs and Premium can be restored from the store; coins and progress cannot.
A purchase did not arrive
Check the internet connection, then open the Shop or restart the game: the game asks the store again for purchases that have not been delivered yet. If it is still missing, write to us with the date of the purchase.
How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside the game:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Catch!.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play refund help.
Why does the game ask for a year of birth?
That is the grown-up check. It appears before every purchase and before links that leave the game, so children cannot buy things by accident. The year is never saved or sent anywhere.
